Mr. Cramer is responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities for Wexford across the country. He brings over 38 years of diverse real estate experience. Mr. Cramer has been responsible for the purchase, development and leasing/sale of life science, research, academic and commercial space for Wexford throughout the U.S. His experience includes development, construction and re-positioning of a variety of commercial assets including wet lab, office, industrial, retail, and research oriented projects. In addition, Mr. Cramer has been actively involved in the structuring of creative products for tax-free exchanges and the use of historic and new market tax credits to enhance project feasibility. Prior to Wexford, Mr. Cramer was a Senior Vice President of Townsend Capital, LLC and was responsible for a wide range of investment and development activities for a private investment company over a period of over 15 years. Previous to that, he was a Managing Director of Ackerman and Company’s Washington, DC office, and a Director of Real Estate at Opus Corporation in their Chicago office He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.
