Janelle Raborn has been the Vice President of Operations for Lovelace Health System Division since 2015. In this position, Ms. Raborn focuses on strategic growth opportunities for the system, coordinating statewide initiatives, continuing to build relationships with payers and providers. Previous to taking on the role as Vice President of Operations, Ms. Raborn served as Chief Operations Officer for Lovelace Women’s Hospital. She has been with Lovelace for more than 35 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles. She has been instrumental in coordinating major initiatives, employee engagement activities and improved quality outcomes. Ms. Raborn holds an executive MBA from The University of New Mexico. She is also a former member of the board for the Ronald McDonald House and was a nominee for Women of Influence in Albuquerque Business First. In her spare time, she enjoys running, and has completed 44 marathons.
