Kevin Kraiss serves as a Divisional Director for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team. GWS is responsible for providing integrated, outsourced real estate and facilities solutions across a global client portfolio that encompasses 3.5 billion square feet. Kevin’s role includes oversight and support of key outsourcing partnerships with notable clients throughout the Western United States, including a mix of both large healthcare organizations and notable commercial clients such as The Walt Disney Company. Kevin’s 24-year track record in consulting and organizational leadership began at Deloitte, where he was responsible for engagements with Fortune 500 and international clients. For the past 19 years Kevin has focused the majority of his time in service to healthcare providers across the full spectrum of facilities and real estate initiatives.
