Jim has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years with an exclusive focus on the Healthcare Industry for the past 18 years. He began is real estate career with the Swearingen Company as a commercial Real Estate broker followed by 10 years of service with the Trammel Crow Family and later with Lucent Technologies as a Regional Real Estate Director. Before his employment with HCA, Jim was an Area Manager for Lincoln Harris CSG, responsible for the management of a team with a portfolio consisting of 4 million square foot of Medical Office Space for HCA, Health Care REITs and other owners across Texas. Jim joined HCA in 2010 as a Senior Asset Manager responsible for assets in California, Alaska, Utah, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri and Louisiana. Jim is currently the Director of Real Estate for the North Texas and MidAmerica Divisions responsible for all Real Estate Transactions and Asset Management. Jim oversees all acquisitions, dispositions, site selections, leasing, development, City restrictions and real estate negotiations, for HCA, while ensuring all Federal Regulations in the healthcare industry are maintained and followed.
