Mr. Mendelson joined Lillibridge in 2015 and oversees a 24 million square foot medical office and life science portfolio. Prior to joining Lillibridge, he spent 14 years at GE Capital Real Estate, most recently as head of its US Equity Business. During his tenure at GE, Mr. Mendelson was responsible for leadership of a 35 million square foot office and industrial portfolio. Previous to GE Capital, he worked at Heller Financial Inc. and prior to that at The Balcor Company where he was the Senior Vice President in charge of dispositions and loan workouts. Mr. Mendelson earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of Catalyst Schools, a K-12 charter school in the City of Chicago.
