Scott is responsible for enhancing and broadening existing hospital and health system relationships through strategic investment in redevelopment and development opportunities in our medical office building portfolio. Scott joined Lillibridge in 2016. Prior to joining Lillibridge Scott was with Sears Holdings Management Corporation where he spent 5+ years as a RVP of Leasing and Development, overseeing redevelopment projects throughout the United States. Before joining Sears, he spent 10 years at two mall REITs. Scott was EVP of US Development at Westfield where he oversaw mall development and redevelopment activity. Scott earned his MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison, his BA from Indiana University, Bloomington, and his LEED AP from the USGBC for Leadership in Environmental Engineering and Design.
