On behalf of Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR), an S&P 500 company, Mr. Lillibridge is responsible for the strategic focus and leadership of Lillibridge Healthcare Services which owns / manages a portfolio of MOB and outpatient facilities that spans 32 states, 250+ markets, and over 360 assets across 20 million square feet. Mr. Lillibridge has 35 years’ background in real estate; he founded Lillibridge & Company in the mid-1990s and was a leader in pioneering healthcare real estate as a distinct market sector. Since Lillibridge was acquired by Ventas in 2010, he has overseen the integration of additional large MOB portfolios such as NHP, Cogdell Spencer, and HCT. Today, Lillibridge represents 19% of Ventas’ NOI. As a member of the Ventas executive leadership team, Mr. Lillibridge is deeply involved in many initiatives expanding the organization’s reach and improving operational efficiency such as the 2015 Ardent Health Services acquisition (portfolio of 10 hospitals and 3 multispecialty physician groups). Mr. Lillibridge holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a sought-after national speaker. He sits on the Board of a number of healthcare, business, educational and civic organizations including Ardent Health Services, Rush University Medical Center, PMB Healthcare Real Estate, and he sits on the Dean’s Business Council at the University of Illinois. Mr. Lillibridge is a member of the World President’s Organization, the Economic Club of Chicago.
