Michael is an attorney with broad-based experience working with tribes and private-sector companies. He’s worked with tribes and tribal organizations in a variety of areas, including tribal economic development and general business matters, conduct of due diligence, land claims, and matters relating to tribal gaming and the government-to-government relationship between tribes and the United States. Michael also has a background in finance, and specializes in corporate law, including advising companies at all stages of development, from initial company formation to financings and acquisition events. His corporate experience spans several industries, including health care, waste management and technology.
