Frank LaViola is the current President of M.A.D. Consulting Services, LLC years. M.A.D. Consulting specializes in assisting collision repair shops in the areas of sales and marketing, improving CSI and KPI’s, and creating an exceptional employee performance and organizational culture. Frank was formerly with Enterprise Rent a Car where he served in several capacities over a 23-year career including Vice President of German operations and Assistant Vice President of National Marketing. Frank is often referred to as the godfather of Length of Rental as a shop KPI. During Frank’s tenure Enterprise grew from 125,000 vehicles to over 1.7 million. Frank is also the owner of six Paul Davis Emergency Services and Restoration Franchises in Houston Texas. In the first year of owning Paul Davis Franchises, Frank became the fastest franchise in Paul Davis’ 50 years to reach $1 million in sales. Frank is a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training, Discover Leaderships Master Graduate Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. Frank currently resides in Houston Texas with his wife Stacey and 4 kids.
