John Burkhauser became the Director of Education at BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY when he saw how technology will change the service process for the better. It is now his mission to show shops how they can have a more successful future, today. John knows firsthand the chaos that shops function with daily while just trying to get the job done. With an automotive career that spans more than three decades, John has been a technician, service adviser, and shop manager, giving him a real perspective on the complete service process that he brings to his training. As a freelance writer, John has written for companies such as CRC Industries, MotorAge and BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY, is an active member in the OAC of Eastern Center for Arts and Technology, and still maintains his ASE Master Technician certifications.
