Ron Schwartz graduated from Yeshiva University with degrees in communications and religious studies.  Following a stint playing professional basketball overseas, Mr. Schwartz earned an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business.  Mr. Schwartz has actively been involved in the ladder industry since 1995 as VP for Tri-Arc Manufacturing Company, a leader in the manufacture of steel and aluminum mobile and fixed ladders, platforms and custom engineered passive fall protection solutions.  Mr. Schwartz has been an active member in the American Ladder Institute and currently serves on the Board of Directors as Immediate Past President.  Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Accredited Standards Committee (ASC) for ANSI A14 standards development.
