Carol has worked for DuPont in the field of Safety, Health and Environmental (EHS/SHE) for more than 30 years which has included assignments at manufacturing facilities, R&D, and SHE leadership/management positions for several different businesses ( 6). She is currently the SHE Business /Operations Manager for the DuPont Industrial Biosciences Division She manages directly (5) and indirectly (18) SHE personnel globally. She has guest lectured in several graduate Engineering or EHS graduate programs ( Purdue, University of Alabama- Birmingham- MS Safety Mgmt Prgram). She is a Certified Industrial Hygienist - Comprehensive practice and has taught a Risk Management workshop at the 2014 AIHA DC Fall Conference. She is a graduate of Harvard School of Public Health - Masters Program . This case study work with Christiana Care Health Services Operational Excellence Group & the VNA was pro-bono
