Michael Lammey is an expert in workplace safety. As a Navy sailor he had logged countless hours in safety training and as a contractor was well versed with OSHA procedures. But in December of 2006, Michael Lammey was critically injured in a deadly boiler explosion while onboard the USS Frank Cable.
