Last year tribal gaming leaders visiting London for the ICE conference opened a direct line of communication with representatives of the British Parliament. This year those bonds were strengthened as tribal government leadership attended the Tribal Business Diversification Summit at the Palace of Westminster sponsored by Victor-Strategies, NIGA, and Baroness Nicholson of Winterbourne, Chairperson of AMAR, an organization aiding indigenous peoples in Iraq. In this session Victor Rocha will give an update on the Tribal Business Diversification Summit, the re-establishment of government to government relations with the United Kingdom, and the opportunities now being created for international economic development in Indian Country.
