How can these skills be applied to other potential enterprises? Examples include spin-off businesses - marketing, cobranding, complementary/synergistic products and services. What does your guest want/need that you currently don't provide> Identify competitive advantages and opportunities. What can your competitor offer that you cannot? How can such non-gaming enhancements be financed, particularly in the unique context Indian Country? What financing options are there available through Native-owned Financial Institutions (BIA, SBA, USDA, etc)? Increasing the frequency and/or length of stay - what assets and resources does the Tribe have that could be utilized? Every Tribe is different with unique natural resources, cultural heritage and human capital.
