This interactive presentation asks the question “How good are you?” You all just cringed. When asked that question many women downplay or dismiss their exceptional traits. We feel like we are bragging. Statistically, three out of four thoughts a woman has about herself are negative. The awareness of this internal dialogue and how to switch it to a positive, not ego driven, thought will be an outcome of this session. Additionally, there are words that drain our energy without us even realizing it. We call them powerless words. Replacing these words with powerful words will be practiced in this high energy, interactive session.
