Sustainability and waste management have long been a hot topic for venue operators. We will be discussing ways that venues can support their local community by repurposing event catering and concessions. Musically Fed will give a quick presentation on how they are working with tours and venues to repurpose unused catering and distribute it to organizations in their communities.
