The Slow Food Coffee Coalition is a global network of coffee producers, roasters, and activists committed to promoting sustainable and ethical coffee production. As part of the Slow Food movement, the Coffee Coalition focuses on agroforestry and agroecological practices, working to protect biodiversity, enhance environmental sustainability, and support small-scale farmers.
