Tracks: Student Achievement
This mini-session will provide participants with concrete examples and strategies to deepen their understanding of maker learning and share simple starting points for engaging all learners in design-thinking and computational-thinking skill development. Maker learning is more than craft materials and open exploration. This mini-session will define how maker learning provides an opportunity to increase student engagement and develop specific skill sets outlined by the Wisconsin Information and Technology Literacy and content area standards.
