The Key Work of School Boards found that a strong relationship between board members and the superintendent is one of the five core skills effective boards practice to foster high levels of achievement for all students. In this session, participants will examine several components necessary for effective governance teams: knowledge of self-strengths, healthy intra-board dynamics, a strong board/superintendent relationship and how those relationship drive an effective district.
