Most leaders can identify the "what" of continuous improvement — strategies that have been effective in creating measurable change in schools. It's the "how" and "when" that is often a mystery. This session will highlight improvement leadership — a unique set of educational leadership skills grounded in instructional leadership and change theory that focuses teams on what matters most when implementing essential change. As part of a regional consortium, CESA 3 has developed a workbook for leadership teams with monthly activities, homework, coaching tips and reflection on schoolwide improvement efforts.
