Presenters will discuss building and using leadership teams at the school level to support school improvement, analyzing data to build a shared understanding of critical student performance problems, and articulating critical student performance problems based on data. They will also cover collaboratively generating potential root causes of critical student performance problems, developing meaningful school goals and taking action steps to improve student outcomes.
