Within this presentation, I will discuss the creation of educational technology teams on different levels. We will be looking at the Why and What of a team, as well as the How in the creation. I will also discuss some of the successes and pitfalls I have experienced along the way. From volunteers to applicants, the way you build and maintain a tech team can bring about successful growth in your classroom, school, or district.
