Chromebooks have huge potential in the area of creation. Unfortunately, they are frequently used solely as word processors and for research. There are many opportunities for creation on Chromebooks; we just need to rethink what creation looks like using Google Apps and the web. In this session, participants will be pushed to use Google Apps and the web in new and creative ways. Participants will look at ways students can use Chromebooks to help make their thinking visible using powerful web-based formative assessment tools. This session will model practical activities that teachers can bring back to their classrooms immediately.
