Future of EdTech Library Media Specialist
So now that you have a 3D printer in your library or building, how can you effectively integrate projects into your library instruction? Learn both how to lead and assist classroom teachers with lessons using simple design software. Explore tons of free resources and websites that will demonstrate integration areas and application. Participants will get both elementary and middle school lesson plan ideas infused with new American Association of School Librarians standards, rubrics, co-teaching strategies, and free resources to assist them in implementation. This session will allow for interaction among participants to discuss tips and troubleshooting strategies. Additional topics covered will include: printing management techniques, costs associated with supplies and maintenance, as well as overcoming time constraints.
