Leadership does not simply alight on our shoulders when we are promoted to positions of so-called authority. Becoming competent and knowledgeable leaders of technology departments requires our full attention to develop critical competencies such as vision-making and communication skills. Drawing on the Association of Technology Leaders in Independent Schools Technology Self-Study Guide for Independent Schools, this workshop invites participants to reflect on the skills they need most to create nimble, sustainable, and future-looking schools.
