What skills do modern education CTOs need to be successful, and how can new and aspiring CTOs develop these competencies? In this workshop we’ll discuss how technology leaders can leverage the Consortium for School Networking’s Framework of Essential Skills for self-assessment and professional growth. Participants will evaluate their current skills in three categories - Leadership and Vision, Understanding the Educational Environment, and Managing Technology and Support Resources - and learn about available CoSN resources to help them on their leadership journey.
