In this workshop, attendees will learn how the best leaders work with problem employees to resolve problems, create goals, work through personal issues, and mediate conflict. As a result, attendees will be better able to understand employee behavior and motives and react appropriately to them. A specific focus in this short workshop will be on supervising friends and former co-workers, conflict strategies and establishing guidelines and expectations to help you and your employees navigate those inevitable challenges to the best mutual outcome available.
