In businesses throughout the U.S., there are five and sometimes six generations working side-by-side. From the “Veteran” generation, some in their early-to-mid seventies, to the “Linkster/Gen Z generation” just entering the workforce, miscommunication and a lack of understanding can translate into lost productivity, less job satisfaction and impaired overall business performance.
