The Multiplex Probe Amplification (MPA) HPV test detects and genotypes 14 high-risk HPV types in one single closed-tube reaction. The cancer gene mutation tests (EGFR, KRAS, and BRAF), which are based on Multiplex Mutation Detection (MMD) real-time PCR technology, are able to detect 0.1-1% mutant alleles in a wild-type background.
