As a Personal Chef, I learned the benefits of Black Garlic in the diet. For one, the antioxidants have increased two fold.




Black Garlic is garlic that has been aged under controlled conditions of humidity and heat for up to two months. At the end of that time it no longer resembles, smells or taste like garlic. It more closely resembles the color and texture of a date. It has a kind of fruity, balsamic vinegar taste.








The sauces are bottled in Mineral Point, WI by Wisconsin Innovation Kitchen a division of Hodan Community Services, an organization supporting people with learning disabilities. A nonprofit.
