Manna Organics, LLC is an independently owned and –operated family business, founded in 2008 by Markus & Shanti Schramm. They started out by acquiring Nature’s Path's sprouted Manna Bread®division, fixing up a warehouse and creating a state of the art commercial bakery in Lisle, IL. Together with a small, dedicated team of bakers and chefs, they make Manna sprouted breads, nut butters and many other products fresh daily, and serve the local Chicagoland area as well as many independent health food stores nationwide. The products are certified organic, certified kosher pareve, and GMO free. Great care and dedication goes in each batch - these are not quick-off-the-mill products, but hand crafted, artisan products. The resulting difference in taste and texture is astounding.
