All of Cattaneo Bros. beef jerky is made by slicing solid strips of select beef top rounds to be marinated and hung to dry in authentic smokehouse ovens. Aside from the teriyaki flavor, Cattaneo Bros. beef jerky is, and always will be, sugar free and gluten free. By using the simplest ingredients and staying true to our time honored techniques, our jerky has a flavor and texture unlike any other.
The newest addition to our offerings is our all natural Range line, which is made from 100% grass-fed beef. It is the purest jerky you'll find out in the market, made from solid strips of grassfed top rounds and marinated and dried just like our other jerky styles. This line is available in Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Chile Cayenne & Chipotle flavors and is nitrite free. Just like our classic jerky offerings, this line contains no msg, sugar or gluten. Pure & simple.
