Opened in 1999, the Quebec Government Office in Shanghai has been assigned the general responsibility of promoting Quebec and coordinating institutional, economic, scientific, technological, educational and cultural relations. We develop relations between the Quebec Government and governmental organizations within its assigned territory, and supports businesses and institutions in their efforts to identify partners and markets.
