PhoenixTM designs and manufactures temperature profiling systems for thermal processes, including wet paint, powder coat, and PTFE curing. Measuring the temperature profile of products through these processes is achieved by attaching process-specific thermocouples to the substrate, connecting these to a Data Logger and protecting the Data Logger with a Thermal Barrier. The complete system travels through the process and measures the true product temperature storing it for later analysis. The silicone free design makes it perfect for use in within the automotive industry.
