Dry cure (no added water or fillers), real smoking processes (never injected or sprayed), no Nitrates or other shelf life extenders. We add no coloring during our process, and everything is 100% made in the USA, in fact right here in Washington State. Our SeaBear brand offers Shelf Stable Smoked Seafood products for both gift and personal use. Since our founding in 1957, SeaBear has featured 100% pure, natural wild salmon from the cold waters of Alaska. SeaBear’s standards are so strict, that less than 1% of Alaskan salmon meets our specifications for our signature smoked salmon. Every fillet goes through a 15 step process, with each step done by hand - over a full 2 days in our small batch custom smokehouse. The result: a moist, flaky, fully cooked salmon unlike any other in the world. Though we’ve come a long way from the backyard smokehouse built by Tom and Mary, our passion for thrilling customers hasn’t faded one bit!
