Poco Dolce – literally translated from Italian as “not too sweet” – was started by Kathy Wiley in 2003 as a baking company specializing in regional Italian pastries. Within a year, Kathy discovered a passion for creating unique, hand-made chocolates and confections that “stay on the savory side of sweet.” Located in San Francisco’s Dogpatch, Poco Dolce’s small team handcrafts each and every piece in small batches. Tasks such as mixing toffee, popping popcorn, and brewing coffee are all done in-house. Their chocolates and confections feature only the finest ingredients – from California Olive Oil and local nuts to Sea Salt harvested from the coast of Brittany. 




Signature lines include: Bittersweet Chocolate Tiles, Sweet and Savory Toffee Squares, and Bittersweet Chocolate Bars (a dairy-free line.)
