Marin Bee founder, Debra Tomaszewski, discovered the profound effect honey had on her skin while tending her hives as a backyard beekeeper. As her children grew into adolescence, skin became an issue at her home. Debra looked to her trusted bees and created effective homemade remedies by combining her freshly harvested honey with soothing, time-tested ingredients like oatmeal, aloe, olive oil and nature’s own “cure-alls” such as salt and clay. Her teenagers experienced stunning results and Debra’s own skin showed less signs of stress, appearing healthier with a natural glow. Lovingly crafted, her recipes became the base for Marin Bee’s Pure Honey Skincare line.
