Culture An American Yogurt Company is a yogurt manufacturer operating in New York City. Our yogurt is made from specially selected cultures and milk, nothing more. There are absolutely no preservatives or additives.
THE YOGURT
Yogurt is made from a process of combining yogurt cultures with milk. At Culture An American Yogurt Company, we produce the yogurt on site and then gravity strain and produce a variety of tasty products including Greek Yogurt, Frozen Yogurt and Drinkable Yogurt.
Culture
Our culture contains a mixture of: Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis.
Milk
We offer fresh yogurt made from Skim, 2% and Organic Whole Milk. The Skim and 2% milk come from Hudson Valley Fresh, 100% real milk produced from cows not treated with rBST.

Developed specifically for our yogurt, Culture’s Toppings are a great compliment to our yogurt. We try to bring distinctly American toppings/flavors to a worldwide staple food.
