Auria's Malaysian Kitchen is a Brooklyn-based, small-batch maker of traditional, family-recipe Malaysian condiments. The company produces two delicious sambals, each flavored with exotic Southeast-Asian ingredients.

Hot Chilli Sambal is a spicy sambal made with red peppers, dried shrimp and fermented shrimp paste. It can be used directly from the jar as a condiment, or as a marinade, dip or seasoning in various dishes.

Lime Leaf Sambal is a milder sambal made with green peppers that features the exotic fragrance of the Makrut (Kaffir) lime tree. This is a NEW product that was launched on the 26th of April, 2015.

The line currently sells at specialty food stores in the region and has been written about in Zagat.com, Gothamist.com and VillageVoice.com. Auria's Malaysian Kitchen was a finalist in Martha Stewart's American Made Competition 2014.

The company was founded by Auria Abraham in 2013.

exotic cuisine of her homeland with curious cooks and adventurous eaters
here in NYC.
