We make several artisan chocolate products, including our proprietary recipe for exceptionally creamy, chocolate-coated Truffle Fudge. Truffle Fudge has consistency similar to ganache, not traditional fudge, and we are unique in presenting it as a fine chocolate. Our products are handcrafted in small batches, with premium ingredients. We offer 19 flavors of Truffle Fudge, including Dark, Semi-Sweet, Espresso, Raspberry, Peanut Butter, Vanilla and Caramel, as well as Chipotle/Ancho and Habanero/Jalapeño. We also have two new flavors: Coconut and Pumpkin Spice. Individual pieces come in various sizes: 8oz. bricks, 1.7oz. bars and 1oz. bites. Bites are topped with exotic salts and are incredibly popular: Dark Chocolate with French Grey Sea Salt (Gold sofi™ Winner), Chocolate & Caramel with Hawaiian Red Sea Salt, Peanut Butter with Himalayan Pink Salt. An additional popular line is walnut caramel clusters – hand-rolled artisan caramel with walnuts, coated in chocolate with Mediterranean sea salt on top.
We've introduced a chocolate bar line made with certified Fair Trade cocoa and cocoa butter. The bars are 2.3 oz. There are four dark chocolate bar flavors made with 73% cacao: Espresso, Fleur de Sel, Habanero & Jalapeño, and Roasted Almond with Pink Himalayan Salt. And there are two milk chocolate bar flavors made with 41% cacao: Roasted Almonds with French Grey Sea Salt and Roasted Hazelnuts with Mediterranean Sea Salt. We also have moulded butterflies and chocolate covered caramels. Our moulded butterflies come in packs of four and are available in both dark chocolate and milk chocolate flavors. The butterflies are filled with roasted crushed almonds, sea salt and buttery caramel. Our chocolate covered caramels also come in packs of four and are topped with either fleur de sel or applewood smoked salt.

The grab-and-go line is 1.7oz. bars packaged for individual sale in a compact P-O-S box, in gold foil with flavor/UPC label. A Belgian chocolate coating on all bars provides excellent shelf life. Corporate programs, wedding/event and food service/catering options also available. All natural ingredients, all handmade, kosher-certified.
