A nod to our Southern roots, two of the new varieties pay homage to the peanut. Grey Ghost’s Peanut Butter cookies combine perfectly roasted peanuts with just the right hint of salt. The Peanut Butter with Chocolate Chips cookies are made more decadent with the addition of rich bittersweet chocolate. Grey Ghost’s Chocolate Chip cookies are chockful of the same bittersweet chocolate baked into dough rich with butter, brown sugar and fragrant vanilla.
