What began as Bruce's ideal filling for jalepeno poppers at an Eagles tailgate turned into a dream when Chef Mike got his hands on the the jams and into a business when we successfully funded on KickStarter.com. Bruce and Mike made their first epic road trip to the Norfolk Virginia Bacon Fest in fall of 2013, starting a whirlwind lifestyle of cooking bacon jam all week and selling it on the weekends. The team saw massive success slinging bacon jams at Philadelphia's Love Park Christmas Village that same year. Over the next 6 months The Bacon Jams became a USDA approved product and started spreading the bacon into stores near you at the end of 2014. The Bacon Jams is now available wholesale to stores and restaurants nationwide.
