Thai!” As we manufacture in tropical Costa Rica, utilizing fresh, tropical ingredients sourced within latitudinally similar lush growing environments, we played on this comparison, and that the “Sí” of “SíRacha” is obviously also “Yes” in Spanish. *And this authentic name comes from the coastal Thai town - SíRacha, where this style of chili sauce originated. This honey-sweetened, gluten-free, authentic Thai-style sauce was created to our natural & health food retailers stringent standards & the changing demands of consumers seeking healthier foods.
