Our Steel Foundry Division is specialized in producing wear-, heat- and corrosion/acid resistant
casting products as well as tool steel castings.
The entire production process, from planning, to casting, heat treatment through to finish machining is executed in our plant in Ründeroth (close to Cologne) and therefore "Quality made in Germany".
We are operating worldwide. In addition to our sales team on-site we have exclusive sales representatives for the United States, India, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In 2015, we were the first European steel foundry to implement a 3D Printing System for sand prints and were thus able to reduce lead times, costs and emissions.
DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 is only one of our various certifications and we are continuously improving our products and manufacturing processes.
More than just steel
We support our partners wherever we can. In close collaboration with customers we define how support can be extended beyond the mere product. We offer R&D projects, studies in close cooperation with technical universities, material testing as well as analyses and reports.
