Dale Morrell created the Individual Shooting Code (ISC) and the ISC Custom Equipment to achieve two things: to make the beginner archer’s first experience to be successful and to reduce less successful instinctive shooting process. Dale has spent thirty years as an archery industry leader and has developed an understanding that successful archers equal more smiles, confidence, pride, and self-esteem, which, ensures a much longer life as an archer.

The ISC Custom Setup Bow allows the archer to have immediate success with its easy setup and use. The ISC tool and Instructional youtube channel are an added bonus to the ISC System because it makes training easier than ever!
Each ISC Bow will fit every kid in the club and even the instructors themselves. Each kid will have his own membership card to keep. This card will hold his custom ISC number and draw length measurement. The ISC System will change the way archery is taught and ascertained. More importantly, the ISC System will bring more youth and their families to the sport of archery and outdoor lifestyle.
