FORNO BRAVO Offers Multiple Live Oven Demos with Award Winning Chefs at Booth #2036

FORNO BRAVO  will be hosting free, live oven demonstrations with Maestro Instruttore and World Pizza Champion, Chef Leo Spizzirri. All demos will utilize the Forno Bravo custom-tiled Napoli commercial pizza oven located at our booth (#2036.)

Attend one or more of Chef Leo’s hour-long demos to learn an array of helpful skills and wood-fired techniques from this certified master instructor. Chef Leo will be offering several sessions and multiple menu items to taste to enhance your show experience. Show times are Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:30 AM & 2:00 PM, Thursday at 12:00 PM. In an exciting addition to the schedule, Peter Reinhart, a two-time James Beard Award winner, chef, and educator will be joining us for a special Pita Bread oven demo, book signing, and Q&A on Wednesday, March 21st at 12:00 PM. He will also partner with Chef Leo at the 2:00 PM demo on Tuesday, March 20th for an interactive and instructional event.
