J.D. Byrider Recognizes Top Franchises
Three dealers presented with Franchise of the Year award
INDIANAPOLIS – J.D. Byrider recently recognized three dealers as Franchises of the Year at the company’s annual convention in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The winners were chosen in following three categories based on franchise size and holdings:
Single: Keith Kocourek for his Wausau, Wis. location
Mid: Jeff Anderson, who owns dealerships in Opelika, Ala., Owensboro, Ky and Potesky, Mich.
Multiple: Russ Larson for his seven locations in Burlington, Cedar Rapids, Davenport and Des Moines, Iowa and Columbia, Joplin and Springfield, Mo.
This is Larson’s 12th consecutive Franchise of the Year award.
“They all exceed expectations in customer service and care,” said Chris Hadley, vice president of franchising for J.D. Byrider. “We are very proud of everything they’ve accomplished within their franchises and for the work they continue to put in every day.”
The Franchise of the Year award is based on customer feedback as well as performance related to successful sales and financing and overall operation.
Approximately 260 franchise owners, personnel and vendors gathered at the annual convention in November where they heard from executives about the state of the company, participated in a variety of instructional seminars, team building, and networked with fellow dealers.
J.D. Byrider franchisees operate more than 150 locations in 32 states across the country.
