Bare Neck'd, Ice Cooling Towels are 12" X 48" and are designed to be used inside or outside. They are made to be used while sunbathing, riding a bike, working, traveling etc. The 2 insulated ice pockets contain enough ice to keep you cooler longer. As long as there is ice or ice water from the ice these towels will keep you cool. Our towels can be worn 2 different ways. Wet or Dry, the Wet way is to place ice in the insulated pockets, which allows the ice to melt wetting the towels with ice water. To use the Dry way, place ice into 2 of the supplied ice sleeves and place in the back pockets to stay cool & dry
