PMA-263 is responsible for executing the planning, design, development, procurement and life-cycle support of small Navy and Marine Corps Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) to include the RQ-20B Puma and small vertical takeoff and landing systems such as the PD-100 Black Hornet and InstantEye quadcopter.
